How can I track the status of my order?
1. Log In to your account and click on the order ID from your order history. For a quick summary, you can view the fulfillment status on your order history list. Don't have an account? Register now.
2. On the order page, you will find the tracking number if one is available. Click the order tracking number to get the current status of your order.
Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
Yes. For more information, see our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please note that returns on Final Sale items, On Demand items and returns of items without the attached garment tag will not be accepted.
How do I place an order online?
Browse the Egolii site and select items you'd like to add to your cart. You will see the number of items in your cart in the top right corner of the site on every page. When you are done browsing and would like to checkout, click on the cart button in the top right corner of the site.
How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?
Shipping options depend on the total price of your purchase and shipping destination. See our Shipping Information.
Will you charge sales tax on my order?
It depends where your order is being shipped. We charge sales tax for orders shipped to most US cities unless not applicable. You will see the applicable sales tax after you enter your shipping destination. International shipment typically does not incur a sales tax. Whoever, your country may require you to pay applicable custom duty, import tax and local clearance fees.
I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?
Try entering a keyword, phrase or item number into the Search box at the top left of any page, then press the Enter Key.
Use our dynamic filters to find what you're looking for.
- Select one of the category at the top of any page to begin to narrow your search by category. These categories will also be present on the left hand of the site and you can continue to use those to filter.
- Then use the dropdown menus contained in the category to narrow your results set.
- Select by sub categories, products, and collections to better target your search.
How do your sizes run and how do I know what my size is with EGOLII?
Our sizes run from 0 - 28 because we believe beauty come in all sizes. Not sure about your size? See our Size Chart which can be found on every product page and in the footer.
Does EGOLII offer price adjustments for items that have recently gone on sale?
No. At the moment, we do not offer price adjustment. However, we do offer many promotional discounts and reward programs designed to help our customers save money.
How do I ship to an international address?
Just enter your shipping address at checkout.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Network. In addition to PayPal and Apple Pay.

We hold sales events twice a year. One in June, and another in December.

From time to time, we reward our customers with special discount offers. Available promotions will be indicated on relevant pages of our website or via our email newsletters. To apply the offer, enter the code in the Discount field during the checkout process. Then, click Apply. Discount codes are not case sensitive.

What is EGOLII's currency conversion policy?
All transactions are in USD. While you can choose the display currency to give you an estimate of final price, ultimately all currency conversions occur between you and your credit card company.
Do free shipping promotions apply to International orders?
Free shipping promotions only apply to customers in the US. Customers in other countries will continue to pay the current international shipping fee, however all other merchandise discounts applies to all customers unless otherwise stated.
